About Christopher Chege

CHRIS is a seasoned insolvency expert and corporate reconstruction consultant. He has been involved in receiverships and liquidations and has successfully rehabilitated many companies and business on behalf of their creditors, shareholders, courts and debenture holders.

He is also a professional accountant with over 35 years experience and is well versed with the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has been involved in the audit of many large and medium sized organizations across diverse sectors of our economy.

He is also an experienced company secretary and administrator. He serves as a non-executive director in a number of institutions where he provides specialist expertise on matters of accounting and finance, and effectively contributes on strategic discussions.

Due to his extensive experience, Chris is the point person for our company secretarial and insolvency and corporate recovery services.
